Download the Cryptic VDM shortcut from the buildXP instructions page...double click and hope it works!!! Or just change the Blood shortcut DOS command line properties...(right click,then properties,it`s the first line at the top...click "change" of course) to C:\Games\Blood\CRYPTIC.EXE

Are you using a USB keyboard?.

Go into Bloob setup.Then go to control options,setup mouse,and make mouse aiming a toggle button.You might also want to invert mouse aiming up and down.

Hmmm.....this could be difficult to diagnose....probably got something to do with the sound card.Try setting it`s hardware acceleration to the lowest level.....have a fiddle with different settings in the Blood setup etc.And see if there are any newer drivers for the sound card.You might need evilca...

What the heck does that mean? I don't find it hard to "find jack palance" , but what does it have to do with this? Anyway, I believe now there is no german version of duke3d, i think what he means is a german pressing of duke3d with german cover art and a german help file, so the above should work....
