Does anyone understand what language these robe wearing fellows are talking? This has bothered me for a long time and I would like to hear translations to their language if anyone understands it..

It's a combination of Latin and Sanskrit. You can check out what it means on http://blood.lith.com/words.asp .

That is a nice page, thank you.
Only taunt I can recognize from that dictionary is "Marana pallex" (meaning "Die, weakling"?). Does anyone recognice more taunts that the cultists use?

Crudux Cruo (fresh blood) is probably the most well-recognized one. Most of them speak too fast for me to understand, and I sometimes I get rare speech from them, I mean I can play through the whole game without hearing some of it, but then hear it when playing later. One of their phrases i've always wanted to know was the one that sounds like "mall the locks and spare the books"

I'm almost positive it's Marana Infirmux = Death to the "Foreigner" (less litterally meaning "other", infidel, etc.)

I'm having the same trouble trying to translate the the really rapid lines
heard one that sounded like ????? bibox (drink?) corpax

Here's a video I found which reveals specifically what the cultists are saying...

I'll probably have to download the video to get the sound to sync up with the imagery. Still it's an excellent find BON.

I feel...enlightened.
