You can use DosBox
Download it from here

http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1

In dosbox folder, modify this file: DOSBOX.CONF
Changing the folowing lines:

"memsize" from 16 to 38

"ipx" from "false" to "true"


Ready, mount the blood folder by ingresing

"mount c c:/blood" , if "C" is the unit and if "c:/blood" the blood folder

And "c:" to change line parameter to unit c:

type "setup" for modify the blood setting as sound

and type blood for play
