Blood runs perfectly fine for me but i do have some queries. I can set the resolution to 1024x768 but the game slows down and movement is jerky, 800x640 is fine but is there anything i can do to improve the performance at higher resolutions?

The CD Music works but it's delayed and makes the rest of the game stutter a bit, But i never really liked the CD Audio anyway

Cryptic Passage is pretty good except when i get to Steamboat, thats when it horribly lags. Is there an updated exe or program i can use to fix this?

Try turning off Num-Lock, this has helped for some people, at least for laggy controls. Still, wanting to be able to play Blood in 1024x768 would require you to setup a pure DOS environment, I guess. Also, the difference to 800x600 is not that big. So just be happy with it!
