Failed to load TABLES.dat Error for Swp.exe

Hi...i am a novice (rather noob) user.I so want to play Shadow warrior to relive my teen days 
Have downloaded the JFShadow warrior port as well SWP but i end up with the same error "Failed to load TABLES.dat" for both when trying to run the .exe file
Any help ?? thanks already !
