need help getting sounds for wanton destruction started

hey everyone, as some of you maybe have noticed, the lost addon for shadow warrior: wanton destruction was finally found and put up on their website. so i decided to download it and try it out, but i had a problem: the sounds
i managed to get the sounds work for the originial SW thanks to Matt Bovett's guide.
but in this case, it won't work, i tried editing the VMDsound-shortcut to run Wanton.exe instead of sw.exe, but without sucsess.

i was hoping that someone here on the forum (if this forum is still active that is) could give me a hand with this. it would be really fun to get the addon going, as i love this game.

oops, i realized that it was quite a while ago since it was realeased after taking another look, so i bet you couldn't have missed that for 2 years
