I did the 9 steps for XP, but it doesn't work.
what can I do ?

Tried DOSbox?
I recently moved to a new PC and am having problems with source ports of SW and Duke 3d, havent even bothered trying Blood.
You might as well try, if you can, installing XP too and run blood from there.

Eh, there's no need to register for something like this, but contact me at the posty if you need me.
Windows Vista does not support full-screen DOS.
You'll have to either get yourself a BloodBox or install DOSBOX.
