Cant Save Games On SW

Hi there. I followed your tutorial to get shadow warrior running and its fantastic, It really works nice and nice sound too. But I cant save games, maybe its a problem of my SW version but if any of you experienced that i would be very grateful if you help me. Meanwhile I would try another SW version. Thank you very much.

I have not had this problem but may be able to help.
Is your XP version Pro or Home?
What happens when you try to save?
Are there already saved game files in the SW folder?

The saved game files are labeled GAME0.SAV, GAME1.SAV and so on.

If these files are in the SW folder they may be set to read only.
If I set mine to Read-only I can no longer save and the game play halts unless I load another saved game or start a new one.

You can check if they are Read-only:
Right click on one of the saved games files.
Select "Properties" from the resulting context menu.
This should bring up that files Property window.
If the Read-only box under the Attributes section is checked, then it is set to read only.

To correct this:
Click on the box in front of "Read-Only"
The box should now be unchecked (empty).
Click the OK button.

Could also be a security issue?

i managed to solve the problem downloading a sw version with a saved game in it. but im having the same problem on blood and i cant find a saved game. The arent any save-game files on my blood directory, but i think its normal considering there are no saved games. Thanks for your help.

I could email you a Blood saved game file (from a plasma pack install).
It's about 700kb.
